Have created a draft DSFL Crunching Chart set at 365 days to complete [per the project Research page]. Should volume information become available, how the jobs are cut, the progress counter will be amended.

Now, lets crunch these parasites to obliteration. --//-- edit: To capture in multiple places, here a post quote by seippel providing total jobs. Production will have to show after a while how many tasks come out of a target/batch-set on average. This may not work 100% since ligands vary in how heavy the are to compute and a project target mean time of 6 CPU hours. Work unit numbering is in this format: DSFL_TTTTTTTT_BBBBBBB_WWWW T=Target B=Batch W=Work unit number The current number of targets is 5353 and there are 58 batches per a target (0-57). What means "Calendar" - instead of Volume? thanks |
