With all the betas i picked up this was the only work unit i had error so far. I am also expecting the one I ran on an xp processor to show up invalid.

We have developed a way to scan for ligands before hand that have an issue with this type of error:
Parse error on line XX in file ".\LIGAND.pdbqt": Atom XX has not been found in this branch We are running the test against known ligands at this time and will have these corrected. Also, we are looking into the other ligand errors at this time as well. So far this last beta test has gone well for the science application and the errors have been mostly work unit related. I don't appear to have had any issues (with just one left in pending validation status) across 4 boxes/4 different Intel procs/all Win7x64, and further this last batch appears to have given me bronze. And on the week of a Microsoft "patch Tuesday"!
