I'm kinda surprised we haven't heard from the admins, as they would normally get alerted about an issue when it occurs. Of course I would think they would be alerted when disk space went below a certain threshold, so they would have time to prevent the somewhat embarrassing "Server is out of disk space" problem.
That is of course assuming it is actually as simple as a disk space issue. If this was being worked on then I would expect to see the "down for maintenance" message as they wouldn't want whatever space they are trying to free up being gobbled up immediately by another new upload. It could take a little while to recover with all the backlog of data ready to upload, and to add to server load and slow down any recovery, if I remember correctly, today is one of the backup days... |

Yup, glad I did what I wrote as my quad is now on 8 Results to upload and octo is about to reach 16. As noted, have now suspended all networking for the clients. No point in hitting the servers and got > 24 hours per core to crunch. Trust that will suffice to bridge the intermission and will switch back to "network per preferences" well past the cram-jam this afternoon, or later. ....good idea about the network. I have suspended network on all my local machines  |

Neither my windows or android clients are uploading =(
----------------------------------------I am lucky that my windows (main client) has a buffer of 27 downloaded 'ready to start' tasks so it will last me another 7.5hrs (6 threads) if it doesn't download any more... (due dates 22/10-23/10) My android device on the other hand only has 2 spare tasks (+ the 4 that are almost finished) and doesn't seem to want to download anymore Andrew Rox22 [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Nov 13, 2013 11:50:41 AM] |

Just to muddy the waters - my last upload completed at 13/11/13 01:14:53 UTC but across my UK team-mates 10 people managed uploads between 08:00 - 11:00 UTC with the last at 10:32:13 UTC.

If you don't have any WU's left, just crunch another project untill WCG servers are fixed, so no crunch-time is lost :D

I just added another project. WCG will get 1/3 of my crunching in the future instead of 1/2.
