Now I set one of my crunchers dedicated to HSTB. Wait and see...

This was my strategy - fish for HST all the time, top up with other projects occasionally. It no longer works. I managed about 10% of HST in my total for the last month and nothing at all in the past 10 days or so. I just wasted CPU time by not topping up with other projects often enough, so for the time being, have stopped trying at all.

Greetings,
----------------------------------------Today, 9 December 2016, was the first day I have been unable to catch an HST fish. I have found 'fish' at in the AM (Eastern daylight time) at 5:33:20, 6:03:20 and, sometimes at 6:33:20. Perhaps, I can see others out on the pond. :-) At other times there are Zika, EOT and FAH(1) biting... Jay -- edit -- PS When _ go to bed, I get 1/2 days fill of other WCG tasks; then set the request for HST; Set the local preference for 1 day; and schedule a boinccmd shell script to do an update at 5:33 (EDT), Reset things when I get up and fry fish for breakfast... This can be combined into two scripts, but where is the fun there? [Edit 2 times, last edit by jay_Orlando at Dec 9, 2016 10:21:36 PM] |
