SCC is getting lower in percentages, why?

So, a little question for the techs & admins:
Why does SCC gets it's percentages down?

Do we get here for SCC:
1. adding data from scientists, as Sgt.Joe has mentioned
2. bigger WUs, as the TtC of each WU gets longer, so the ECD prolongs it
3. WCG assign less weight for the project
4. something unreported & new?!

Thanks for answer.

You go to the creator SNURK's thread and ask him if he would be so kind as to knit you one.
Welcome to the Forums, Aurum420 smile
While I have this line of communication open with you, could I ask you a favor, please?
To add a state to you Forum Profile - the United States of America is one big entity blushing

Yes, United States of America is even bigger than Kingdom of Denmark, but not as happy. I did include my state in my profile but code chose country over state. Thx, I'll visit SNURK.

Yes, I lived in both places. Denmark is statistically more happy and more handy as well tongue

I'm not sure you have been to your Forum Profile. The link is ^^^ up there in the gray bar to the right. You can fill in your Forum Profile with many things inclusive of city, state and country.
This mermaid would settle for a state.
You may KLiK on my or any linked name - inclusive of your own - and see how the formula looks.
Good luck - and I see you have requested your SNURK sign rose

Be patient. It may take a few days for it to reach you. smile

Sorry for the slow response, but I assume you are talking about the percentage completed on the Research page. There are a few things that cause this, but to give you an idea what goes into that estimate. We calculate that based off batches that complete with an average over what has completed in the past 14 days.

1. Batch sizes fluctuate, thus smaller batch counts, makes it appear to be going faster.
2. Workunit runtimes. This will cause batches to complete slower/faster
3. WCG sends out more or less work ( we have not modified SCC )
4. Researchers tell us the scope of the project has changed, more batches added at the end of the project for example.
5. Periodic cleanup of workunits causes more batches to complete then average.

Thanks,
-Uplinger
