Help Conquer Cancer Crunching Chart

Data through Feb.23 inclusive. The only project that actually fits nicely for daily Results, CPU Years and Points per Hour onto one chart. Points per Hour slowly creeping up ** as version 5.20 of the science rolls out to even the most part time donatees CPU cycles.

Estimate work progress is about 4% of the project.

Edit: ** 68 pph on jan 1 rose to near 72 pph at time of this writing.

Edit: Changed image url per Sek request -Uplinger

Re: Help Conquer Cancer Crunching Chart

Difficult to see properly due to CPU Years and Results being of similar colour, but am I right in noting a nice increase since the issues have been resolved?

Re: Help Conquer Cancer Crunching Chart

After some further tuning, also beautifully visible is the weekly activity in this graph particularly in the period jan 16-feb 16 without any technical changes to the project or the work units. The Monday flush of weekend work, the fetch of new work and a second less high wave towards Friday whilst many switch off half way or crunch off-line during the office-weekend.

Meantime, the project performance improved considerably with runtime average now near 7 hours and points up from 69 to 72-73 per hour and clearly overall picking up steam.

[edit: Seems i deleted it, which has to be done before loading a refresh andkeep the same link name, and uploaded the wrong image.... fixed now]

Re: Help Conquer Cancer Crunching Chart

Very little action here, but whilst the project scientist noted the 25% mark having passed, technically today with 40,000,000 results, we've completed a quarter of the 80,000,000 crystals to be done for the project in quorum 2. Going at a pace of 83 teraflops a day, the currently most CPU resource receiving WCG project.

The idea though is, that if you wish to copy this somewhere else, appropriate credit and source reference is annotated on public facing websites :D
