Hi,
----------------------------------------I was browsing this forum to find a way how can I download more then 2 WU at my computer. My internet connection is not that stable and when I return from work connection is severed and my boinc is out of wu's, so it is wasting time and not processing any units. Maybe there are some topic in which this is explained but I was unable to find them, so if anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. There's 2 ways:
----------------------------------------1. Increase in the web profile, radio button Custom, the cache, for x.xx days 2. In the Client preferences under the disk tab, the additional buffer. Don't set it too high. If you do, you wont get work and your client will start running in panic mode.

I have changed as You said and the profile is set as :
----------------------------------------Connect to network about every 0.3 days Cache 4.0 extra days of work and no change I still get two WU at one time. Did I do something wrong |

Plz go into the Advance menu of your client and hit the clear button right top. This way you avoid conflicts, mostly incomprehension incurred by many members who cant get their web profile to take effect.
----------------------------------------Of, course, the web profile needs to transfer to the client. To speed that up go to the client Projects tab, select WCG and hit the Update button on the left. When you're done, please restart the client and post the start up log, about the first 30 lines. ttyl

I am affraid there is no clear button on my advance menu, I am using 6.2.28 version

Requesting 0 seconds of work, reporting 0 completed tasks 18.2.2010 19:14:26|World Community Grid|Scheduler request succeeded: got 0 new tasks I would like to add that I am participating in all project except FAAH for now. |

Presuming you're in the so called Advanced View of BOINC, there's the Advanced Menu. On There there is Preferences. When you open Preferences you see that Clear button.

It worked, thank You, I just didn't know where to find clear button, You helped a lot, and sorry for these rookie mistakes.
