problematic batches?

Most of my errors are coming from a127 and a128. Is anyone else getting errors on these?

So far, all but 1 of the a127's have 1 wingperson that has errored out. They all have the same log info:
<core_client_version>6.10.36</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[

Re: problematic batches?

No, but I've got a very special Qomputer on W7, running stock on all components. Throw it almost anything in any concurrent processing and it will validate.

Re: problematic batches?

Got two errors on two different computers, one of them belongs to the batch a127. All computers have stock components, are stock clocked and do not produce errors frequently.

erlc_ a127_ pcb003_ 3-- Error 3/12/10 00:23:14 3/12/10 05:31:22 0.47 5.0 / 0.0

Re: problematic batches?

These two:
erlc_ a127_ pcb001_ 0-- Error 3/11/10 21:39:48 3/12/10 00:09:58 0.28 6.9 / 0.0
erlc_ a127_ pcb003_ 0-- Error 3/11/10 21:40:08 3/12/10 00:05:12 0.19 4.8 / 0.0
now have errors from the first 2 sets of wingmen. Another set (_4 and _5) has been sent to both.

Re: problematic batches?

Hi piroque,

see my posting above! I was your wingman on this:
erlc_ a127_ pcb003

I doubt that copies 4 and 5 will validate if the units have been sent out without some debugging.

Greetings good luck

Re: problematic batches?

I believe you are correct.

On a side note, these things are like popcorn. You have to get a lot of them to be full. Most of mine are completing in under a half an hour.

Re: problematic batches?

We have found where the issue is. We have contacted the researchers to take a look at what is going on.

The application is exiting before one of the result files is written. The application exits as it should. We will let you know more when we find out.

Thanks,
-Uplinger

Re: problematic batches?

We have talked with the researchers and these work units are technically ok. They prove that this target/ligand is not good. We are adjusting how we validate the results and work units with errors due to this should be updated to valid if they compare.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your patience.
